We are Together in Christ!

With COVID-19 restrictions lifted, we are excited to be hosting our live services, as well as continuing church online! We missed you and are happy to have you back.  God has been good to carry our church through this difficult time and to him we give all the praise and thanksgiving.

What does this mean for you?
As we have said since the beginning of the pandemic, you should do what is best for you. In terms of the attending church, you have three choices:
  • Attend church online from your home while you continue to isolate with your family unit.
  • Attend church online with others in a group of 10 people or less, by organizing/attending a Watch Party. This can occur any day of the week.
  • Attend church live at 414 Saint Raphael St.
We support and encourage all three of these options. Prayerfully consider what is best for you and your health circumstances. Rest assured, we affirm whatever decision you make for your situation.

What should you expect if you attend live church?
We are committed to creating a safe place for you and your family. The following precautions will be in place to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Attendance is limited to 30% of our occupancy permit (or approximately 225 persons).
  • The nursery and Rock City Kids will not be available at this time. However, families are encouraged to attend and will sit together as a family unit. The service will be broadcast throughout the building including the Auditorium, the Courtyard, and the Great Room. Choose the venue that best suits your family.
  • In the auditorium, every second row will be blocked off to ensure social distancing. In order to ensure the efficient use of the remaining seating, families need to sit together, with four empty seats separating the next family unit.
  • Masks are required for the duration of the service and we will have masks onsite for those who do not have one.
  • Please respect each other’s personal space; For the time being no handshakes or hugs-- waves and smiles will have to do!
  • The Courtyard Café will not be available at this time.
  • Communion cups will be handed to you as you go to your seat for the service.
  • Waste receptacles will not be circulated to collect communion cups.  Please hold onto your used cup and dispose of it as you exit the facility. Wastebaskets will be at the doorway.
  • Offering collection baskets will be at the door as you exit your area.
  • At the conclusion of the service, move outdoors as quickly as possible in order to enhance social distancing opportunities.
