WARMTH
Congregational Care
Visitations to sick & shut-ins, assistance for weddings & funerals.
Transportation
Bring those in need of transportation to church and back to their homes.
Ushers/Greeters/Offering Takers
Greet people as they arrive at church, assist in seating when required,
assist in the taking up of offering during service.
Welcome Centre
Greeting place for newcomers to All Nations; provide general information
about the church as required.
Receptions
Assist in the organization, serving and/or preparing of food for church-wide
celebrations.
Seniors Gift Baskets
Create and deliver gift baskets to Seniors with ANC connections at
Christmas.
Holy Grounds Coffee & Tea
Set up and assist in the delivery of our Coffee & Tea service Sunday
mornings.
Emergency Prayer Team
Pray for those in need as emergency prayer requests are received.

WORK
Camp Norland
A rustic camp-site with cabins and lodge run by several Baptist churches
which provides a location for retreats, children's summer camps, etc.
Volunteers assist in maintaining the buildings and grounds, while
others may be on the Board dealing with administrative issues.
Child Care
Assist Day Care staff in providing care to infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers
during Sunday morning service.
Offering Options Table
Church envelopes, Visa accounts, or Automatic Withdrawal can all be
arranged Sunday mornings for those who wish to give regularly.
Office Assistance
Teams work during the day on Thursdays or Fridays to prepare the Sunday
bulletin (folding, adding inserts), or early in the week to record
weekend offerings.
Project Management New Church Construction
Assistance will be required in many aspects of the building and moving
phases to our new, environmentally friendly dome within the next few
years.
Audio Set-up (Fraser)
This early-morning team ensures the sound and video systems are set
up and ready for use prior to the arrival of the Worship Team's Sunday
warm-up.
Lobby Set-up (Fraser)
Approximately 90 minutes before service, these teams prepare Fraser
Auditorium lobby and Science II cafeteria for the necessary booths
and children's activities.
Technical Support
Running of the sound and lighting boards, computer support, video-taping
of the service etc. all are done through this team.
Mens Ministry
Provide opportunities for men at All Nations church to minister together
in both church and community.

WORD
Small Groups Organizing Team
The organizing team support and encourage individual discipleship within
the church by making available good Biblical curriculum materials and
assist people in locating groups appropriate to them.
Core Classes
Assist in the administrative aspects of the Core Class movement (recordkeeping,
class revisions, updates, etc.)
CD Ministry
Each service is recorded in CD format and made available to those who
wish to share the message with others, or who may wish a copy for themselves.
Copies of our service have been sent throughout Canada and around the
world.
HKK Mahood Bursary
Assist persons interested in post-secondary education at an approved
Bible College.

WORSHIP
Worship Teams
The people on stage Sunday mornings who make our singing so enjoyable
through their voices and musical instruments. Auditions are required
to join this team.
Pastors Prayer Partners
People willing to seriously pray for the concerns of our Pastors and
our church family are provided with specific requests on a weekly basis.
Creative Drama
Supporting the message of the week, this team enhances the message
in brief skits. Another medium to ensure people get it.
Children's Church
A weekly time where children from pre-kindergarten to 6th grade participate
in games, scripture memory, Bible study, crafts, worship and be exposed
to local missions.
Youth (Jr. & Sr. High)
A team of people that helps with food, coordinating socials, welcoming,
leading or assisting small groups of 10-15 students.
Communion
The preparation and serving of communion requires a team of committed
individuals willing to take their turn at the tasks of set-up (45 minutes
prior to service) and clean-up (15 minutes after service).
Special Services (Remembrance Day, Good Friday, Christmas)
Occasionally, extra hands are needed for big projects surrounding special
services. Needs will vary depending on the event.
College & Careers
Facilitate relevant discussions amongst young adults of college/early
career age.

WITNESS
Couple-2-Couple
Assist couples in preparing for marriage or strengthening their relationship
through one-on-one couple mentoring.
Women's Ministries
The ladies of All Nations Church host a number of events especially
for women. All are welcome to participate or assist with one of our
teams.
Power of One Ministry
This team assists all who are interested in giving of their time and
talents to All Nations Church in finding the ministry which best matches
their areas of passion and giftedness.
Business Entrepreneurs
Organize events for business people.
Living Nativity
This is a community outreach of All Nations Church that runs from December
20th to 24th. It is a live presentation of the Christmas story held
on the grounds of Science North. Ministry Opportunities are available
in the role of coordinator, setup, sound and lighting, parking/traffic
control, serving hot chocolate, and many more necessary jobs.
Baptisms
Help is often required in assisting baptismal candidates through the
process, from filling the baptismal tank and directing them through
holding of towels.
Nursing Home Church Services & Bible Studies
Letting our Senior citizens know they are important to us is only one
aspect of the benefits derived by the teams that provide music, Bible
study, and a listening ear to many in Retirement Residences and Nursing
homes throughout the city.
Missions
Short-term mission teams that participate in projects around the world
that are designed to introduce various aspects of foreign missions
and missionaries to team members. These trips vary in length from 10
days to 3 weeks.
