Leadership Training 101

This training is designed for both new and experienced small group leaders, to help them catch and pass on the vision and ministry of small groups at All Nations Church.

The training will provide you with valuable insights and practical ideas that will help you lead more effectively, have more fun with your small group, and empower others in your group to do the same. We hope to help you see how you can cultivate healthy and balanced disciples throughout your small group.

This 2-hour training session includes a helpful variety of practical instruction, interactive discussion time, and individual reflection.
